I was treated for a hernia - actually two were found after my consultation with Mr. Alkhaffaf. He was informative and explained the whole procedure and what would happen afterwards giving me full advice on what I should and should not do post operation. He was at all time courteous and friendly. Although not in a private medical scheme I was treated at the Alexandra hospital which was a pleasant experience at all levels. I feel fortunate to have been dealt with so quickly after diagnosis. My experience of the NHS is brilliant.

Mr Alkhaffaf performed a laparoscopic Nissen fundoplication and umbilical hernia repair procedure on me in April 2017. Prior to surgery, I read lots of horror stories on the internet and was worried about the long term effects. Dr Alkhaffaf and his team reassured me and I can honestly say the results post surgery have been amazing and he has transformed my life. I no longer have to take any medication and all my previous symptoms have disappeared. My scars are barely visible and I would recommend Dr Alkhaffaf to anyone requiring similar surgery. He is nothing short of a miracle worker!

I would like to say a massive thank you for looking after me from start to the end regarding my hernia. Prior to seeing him I was in so much pain and within a few weeks I had it the operation done. All I can say is that he totally changed my life I have not felt this well for many years. I can now do anything such as walking with no pain and no more pain killers. Before my mobility was poor often walking with a limp. He put me at complete ease and reassured. I would totally recommend him and I was blessed to see him. My operation was done through the NHS.
